My name is Charity Yelton Pugh, and I started making custom competition suits shortly after my first NPC competition at the 2013 Kentucky Derby Championships. Shopping for a bikini was so frustrating--I felt like all the suit options were either low-quality or overpriced. I knew that I could produce an affordable, better-quality bikini if I invested in the right tools and materials.
Each Ardent Competition suit is made with at least two layers of four-way stretch material (unless otherwise noted), Swarovski or Austrian LUX crystals, reinforced elastic straps, and quality-tested crystal connectors. While some companies use cheaper resin stones with less reliable hot-fix application, Ardent suits are made with machine-cut stones like Swarovski, Austrian LUX, or similar quality brands. |

This sport requires passion and dedication, and I want the Ardent Competition brand to reflect those qualities. I design, sew, and stone each competition suit myself, so I can only accept a limited number of custom suits each month in order to ensure a quick delivery. I also ask each custom-suit athlete about her show plans, so you don't have to worry about another girl having your suit fabric or crystal pattern. As a fellow competitor, I am especially sensitive to your goals and concerns, and I keep up with the trends and expectations within the competitive fitness industry. |
